Dresser's REDQ Flexflo is a unique pressure reducing, back pressure, relief and automatic shutoff regulator for gas and liquid applications. A simple pilot change makes a single, basic regulator suitable for a variety of services. The REDQ Flexflo features an expansible tube surrounding a cylindrical metal core containing a series of longitudinal slots seperated by a barrier. Movement of the expansible tube is controlled by differential pressure without mechanical connection between the tube and control units.

Dresser's REDQ specialty regulators are characterized by their small volume, high pressure performance criteria. They provide extremely accurate and trouble-free performance, and versatility have led to hundreds of other applications in static, mobile and airborne services-in component testing, hydraulic and pneumatic operator systems, safety relief actuation, critical rocket fuel transfer and pressurizing problems encountered in missiles and space vehicle projects, to name only a few.
